That's what I like about you man... you're an IDEAS MAN... here is a problem, Julian has your answer... of course it is likely to involve dismembering someone... but that's just cause he's an IDEAS MAN. If a trading area is what you're looking for I am sure a trading area can be provided, as long as you all sign over your cards to me first.
That way if someone gets screwed in a trade, I can cover it 
I have written up disclaimers before, but trading items is a little different to injury/death/drunkenness. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm seems to me, by the way Julian is working, it isn't so much different from injury or death at least.
Well, I for one, do not think anyone in the entire world is going to hold you responsible for lost vtes cards from a trade because you run a forum from whence the trade originated.
Just make it clear you aren't to be held responsible and then refer the matter to Julian. Who has no qualms about resorting to serious violence.
Enough to dissuade anyone really.
Seriously though, just say you won't be held responsible for exchanges taking place on the boards and make sure people read it in a stickied post or terms of service.
